 So many things have happened this week in fashion. I am sure all of you have heard the sad news  about Joan Rivers's death. She was on life support for about a week, after a respiratory stop while undergoing a throat procedure. Her daughter Melissa announced her death yesterday. Fashion police will not be the same without her. May she rest in peace. On the other hand, NY fashion week has officially started, and oh how I wish I was invited to one of the shows (sigh). I know you can buy tickets to some shows, but is not the same as getting an invite. One day I will get one, and will be invading your feeds with fashionable pictures (fingers crossed).

As for my outfit I'm just using my Summer pieces to transition into Fall. Like I said before, blazers are a great way to layer for the bipolar weather we will be getting. It is also booties season! Booties are one of my favorite style of shoe. These I got as a present from my sister because she couldn't walk in them (lucky me lol). I can wear these all day, because the heel is chunky and not too high. The chunky stubby heel looks like it's going to be invading the stores this fall season, and I am all for it!
